Rapadura is the pure juice extracted from sugar cane, which is then cooked to evaporate off the water. All the goodness remains and the resulting grainy sugar has a rich caramel flavour, that will enhance your baked goods, desserts, treats or your daily cuppa. Also known as Panela, Rapadura sugar is a natural unrefined sugar that is not separated from molasses, so it therefore had more nutrients, vitamins and minerals present.
